Visusminderung, Vorderkammerblutung, Vorderkammer-Zellen

Untersuchungen:
Visus, Motilität, Doppelbilder, Pupillenreaktion, Spaltlampe, Funduskopie (Miosis), Tensio, ggf. Ultraschall, ggf. Gonioskopie

Procedere:
ggf. stationäre Aufnahme bei schweren Fällen

Kopfhochlage, je nach Tensio (z.B. Timophthal® AT 0,5% 2x/d, bis Diamox® 500mg i.v., Osmofundin® 100-250 mg i.v.)
